At miners-cube.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the terms outlined below.

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

  1. Conditions for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received with the order.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital downloads, software, or electronic files that have already been accessed or downloaded.

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.

  • Items that show signs of misuse, modification, or accidental damage.

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
