At miners-cube.com, we strive to provide a reliable and transparent shipping experience for all of our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

  1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • In the event of a high order volume or stock shortages, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified by email.

  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, carrier issues, or local holidays.

  1. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination, shipping method, and order size/weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply when shipping outside of the European Union. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  1. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, miners-cube.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact our support team at weise.business@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

  1. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at weise.business@outlook.com with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  1. Split Shipments

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. Customers will be informed if this occurs.
